Looks like MMO Hub is giving away BETA Keys. Here's the story that can be found on their website:

"Dance Groove Online," a new online dance/rhythm game from OutSpark and EA, will officially enter closed beta on July 26, 2009.

In preparation of its opening, MMO Hub has teamed up with OutSpark to provide beta keys to our users. You can get your key and register for the beta starting now, by visiting our "Dance Groove Online" page.

The beta may not start until the 26th, but the keys are sure to go fast, so act quickly!
