Let's kick off the news today with some news from EVE online. There's seems to be a good bit out there, so let's get right to it. We start off with some news from Ten Ton Hammer this morning. This article reads:
EVE Online is revving up for the release of Apocrypha 1.5, a mini-expansion with a full roster of content goodies sure to please every pilot. Update 1.5 will be bringing with it new epic mission arcs, changes to factional warfare, major lag improvements, as well as a few other updates.
Visit the article for more details and the ability to comment on the subject. Next up is a very interesting subject I saw on the RSS feeds this morning. Massively reports that CCP games is announcing a console based MMO called "Dust" that will be based on the EVE world.
CCP Games CEO Hilmar Pétursson delivered a keynote presentation at GDC Europe in Cologne today, and unveiled the project their Shanghai studio has worked on for the last three years: DUST 514, a console MMOFPS set in the EVE Online universe.
