A trending topic on Twitter this morning is how Blackberry emails have come to a hault. According to engadget:

RIM's confirmed to multiple outlets that its BIS servers are acting up and that email services are being delayed -- and we're actually hearing that they're just down, period.

I looked for an official statement by RIM over on their website, but have been unable to find anything. According to other sources (Listed below), were stating that they are working on it and it will be fixed ASAP.
