James S. Harris has been found guilty of trying to steal an Xbox and some stereo equipment during a party in Platte City, and then stabbing two people who tried to stop him. (One of the victim's was the Xbox's owner, who suffered cuts to her liver and kidney.) The photo shows Harris "post-subduing," a process that was carried out by other partygoers. Platte City cops found him lying facedown on the sidewalk back in February 2009. He'll be sentenced in June, Platte County prosecutors say.
