According to CNET this afternoon, supposedly Apple is developing a radio app for the iPhone/iPod. Didn't anyone tell apple that you can stream thousands of radio stations already? you can use countless numbers of apps to stream.

1. Shoutcast
   
2. Pandora
   
3. etc.
   

Okay, okay I guess when you don't have phone service (Enter complaints about AT&T here)... you could listen to the FM radio. If you think about it, you could also listen to the songs store on your iPod too... I know, I'm taking my normal asshole stance, but I want EVERYONE to pay attention to this line from CNET, right here:

The big advantage Apple would have is linking its application to the iTunes Store, which creates the potential for more revenue.

Oh and apparently, now that I take a minute to read it completely :) There's already an app that does this: http://www.wunderradio.com/. So I guess the only reason for Apple to do this is for more revenue. Okay I can keep my asshole stance now.Source...
